The Perkins Family Estate

Okay... technically this is not an "estate." (That is "a piece of landed property, esp. one of large extent with an elaborate house on it." I looked it up.) But to me it is an estate! We will move in the beginning of December, and we will have our first family Christmas in a real house. A very empty house, but at least it is ours. It will take years to make it grand, but I'm so excited to never live in an apartment again!
