So... this weekend Ben and I had our first test of parenthood together. A couple in the ward asked if we would babysit their son Zach for a couple of hours. (He is 6 months old) This little boy was the cutest ever! We had a great time with him. He was a bit sad being away from his mom and dad. We cheered him up and had a good time. Ben freaked him out a little bit, but he was really fun to play with!
When his mom and dad got back we played canasta with them while Zach went to sleep on our bed. It was a lot of fun for anyone who knows how to play canasta.
Verdict: Parenting is fun for a couple of hours... but 24/7 is a bit daunting. haha... But hey, everyone is doing it! hahahaha....
